Volunteer Strathcona is pleased to offer free community loans to Strathcona County area nonprofits and community groups.
The We Care We Share loan program is provided with support from Suncor, and the Block Party Games are offered with the support of the Strathcona County Community Supports Grants.
In order to serve our community to the best of our ability, we ask you to review these eligibility guidelines before submitting a request.
Eligibility:
While respecting the efforts of Strathcona County’s many not-for-profit organizations, we are unable to support:
- Political or partisan organizations or events
- Private clubs, sororities, and fraternities
- Third-party fundraising groups or initiatives that support any of the above listed organizations
- Requests that benefit an individual person or family. ie: garage sales, weddings, family reunions, birthday parties, etc.
Due to our funding requirements, we are ONLY able to loan items out to organizations in Strathcona County.
Equipment pick-up and return will now happen at the Volunteer Strathcona Office at #205, 48 Brentwood Boulevard.
