The 5th annual Survivorfest Running Event will take place on June 8-9, 2024 at Strathcona Athletic Park, in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. Please consider volunteering with Survivorfest24 Race on June 7-9 2024 to help support our athletes and community as they set out to celebrate strength, sacrifice, and survival! Variety of roles to choose from including set up, cooking hot dogs and hamburgers to helping out with the bouncy castle! YEGPIN Pinball and Arcade Expo needs help in a variety of light duty roles from June 20-23, 2024. Volunteers age 16+ are needed and shifts are as short as two hours, available for a variety of times throughout each day of festival assisting with the registration desk and/or scorekeeping. A 4 day all access pass to YEGPIN is provided to all volunteers completing a total of 9 hours or more over the course of 4 days. Each year on July 1, Strathcona County hosts a family-friendly Canada Day celebration at Broadmoor Lake Park. Activities often include fireworks, live entertainment, scavenger hunts, food courts, canoeing and more. A variety of Volunteer positions and time slots are available for sign up.
