Time: 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Location: Strathcona County Museum & Archives
Learning

Celebrating Multicultural Strathcona is facilitating a collaborative, welcoming space for Indigenous Artists to bead, sew, knit, make, paint and create for the day, and exchange ideas and knowledge about their art, tell stories over a cup of tea, meet others, and engage with visitors to whichever level they are most at ease with.

If you would like to participate, please contact Aimee Elise Shaw, 587-589-2126, aimee_e_shaw@hotmail.com

We are honoured to learn from the Indigenous Artists, and through our community learning and education, we continue to foster respect. It is privilege to host and welcome Artists and guests alike.

Celebrating Multicultural Strathcona is a collaboration between The Arts and Culture Council of Strathcona County, Strathcona County Museum and Archives, the Diversity Committee, Volunteer Strathcona and the Community Adult Learning and Literacy Society Fort Saskatchewan and Strathcona County.
